From 3 Creative to JGS Solutions
If you’ve worked with me before, you may have noticed a change in name recently. After many years operating as 3 Creative, I’m now working under a new name: JGS Solutions.
This isn’t a sudden pivot or a reinvention. It’s a change that’s been forming quietly over time, shaped by experience, reflection, and a clearer understanding of how I want to work and what I want to offer.
At its core, this is still the same work, with the same person behind it.
⸻
The 3 Creative chapter
3 Creative has been a big part of my working life for over a decade. Through that name, I’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of organisations, build long-term relationships, and support clients through everything from new website launches to ongoing fixes, improvements, and advice.
A lot of what I learned during that time had very little to do with technology.
What mattered most was communication, trust, and being dependable. Turning up when something went wrong. Explaining things clearly. Helping people make sense of decisions rather than overwhelming them with options or jargon.
Many of the clients I worked with didn’t want an agency experience. They wanted someone they could rely on, someone who understood their organisation, and someone who would stick around after launch day. That way of working shaped 3 Creative, and it continues to shape what I do now.
⸻
A period of change
The last couple of years have been challenging for me personally, and like many people, that period forced a reassessment of priorities.
I found myself thinking more carefully about what kind of work I wanted to be doing, how I wanted to spend my time, and what I wanted my business to represent. Not in terms of growth or scale, but in terms of sustainability, clarity, and alignment with who I am.
Out of that reflection came a simple realisation: the work I enjoyed most, and the work clients valued most, was the direct, one-to-one support. The steady problem solving. The ongoing relationships rather than one-off projects.
The name 3 Creative no longer quite fitted that reality.
⸻
Why JGS Solutions
JGS Solutions is a more honest reflection of how I work.
It’s a personal business, run by me, focused on providing accessible, modern WordPress websites and dependable long-term support for charities, schools, safeguarding teams, community organisations, and small businesses.
I work directly with clients. There are no account managers, no layers, and no handovers. When you ask a question, need advice, or want something fixed, you are talking to the person doing the work.
The word “solutions” matters here. Much of what I do isn’t about building something new from scratch. It’s about improving what already exists, untangling problems, and helping organisations feel confident about their websites and the decisions around them.
That approach is what people have consistently told me they value, and JGS Solutions is built to support that way of working.
⸻
What this means in practice
In practical terms, very little has changed.
I’m still working with the same clients, supporting the same organisations, and focusing on clarity, accessibility, and long-term reliability. For a short while, you may see both 3 Creative and JGS Solutions referenced as things transition, but the work itself remains business as usual.
What has changed is the framing. JGS Solutions is a clearer expression of the service I offer and the relationships I want to build going forward.
⸻
Looking ahead
This next chapter is about steadiness rather than expansion.
I want to continue working with organisations who value clear communication, practical guidance, and a trusted long-term relationship. I want to keep helping people make sense of their websites without unnecessary complexity, pressure, or noise.
JGS Solutions exists to support that quietly and consistently.
If you’ve worked with me before, thank you for being part of the journey so far. If you’re new here, I hope this gives you a sense of how I work and what matters to me.
